摘 要:不同辣椒亲本同一性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力不同,同一亲本不同性状的一般配合力效应值、特殊配合力效应值均不同。株幅、果长、果宽、单果质量、门椒节位5个性状的一般配合力方差大于特殊配合力方差,基因加性效应占主导地位;株高、每株果数的特殊配合力方差大于一般配合力方差,主要是由非加性基因效应决定,不能固定遗传。亲本691各主要经济性状的一般配合力最大,678次之;组合678×685与682×691各主要经济性状特殊配合力较高。因此,亲本691、678是优良的育种材料。Combining ability analysis of several economic characters in hot pepper was made with diallel hybridization using 4 parents. General combining ability and specific combining ability of the same character in different hot pepper parents were different from each other. The general combining ability and specific combining ability of different characters in the same parent were also quite different. Variance of the general combining ability for plant winth, fruit length, fruit diameter, individual fruit weight and node position of initial fruit was greater than that of the specific combining ability. Variance of the specific combining ability for plant height and number of fruit was more than that of the general combining ability, they seemed to be controlled by non-additive gene effects and were not stable in genetics. It means that the predominance of additive gene effects was noted for most traits. The general combining ability of parent 691 was the maximum, followed by parent 678. The specific combining ability of hybrid combination 678×685 or 682×691 was higher than that of the other hybrids. So parent 691 and parent 678 were excellent breeding material.
