摘　　要：本文对12海船船员评估规范和09海船船员评估规范中三副适任评估项目进行比较和分析,以加深各教育培训机构、教员和学员对12海船船员评估规范的理解和掌握,同时就12海船船员评估规范三副评估项目的新变化提出具体可行的应对措施。This essay compares 2012 and 2009 seafarers＇ assessment specification, and analyses the differences so that 2012 specification can be familiar with by education and training departments, trainers and trainees. Meanwhile, the essay also puts forward some counter- measures for the new alterations of vice sailor＇s evaluation in 2012 specification.
