锁骨肩峰端LCP接骨板在锁骨近端粉碎性移位骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探析锁骨肩峰端LCP接骨板内固定治疗锁骨近端粉碎性移位骨折的疗效，为临床治疗锁骨近端粉碎性移位骨折提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析本院2010年3月-2012年9月经锁骨肩峰端LCP接骨板反向内固定治疗锁骨近端粉碎性移位骨折的7例患者临床资料。结果所有病例随访6-15个月，7例患者当中，优为5例，良为2例，优良率为100％。患者的骨折部位愈合较好，没有出现皮肤坏死感染、螺钉脱出、钢板断裂、骨折畸形愈合或延迟愈合等问题。结论锁骨肩峰端LCP接骨板反向内固定治疗锁骨近端粉碎性移位骨折效果显著，患者的术后并发症较少，值得临床推广应用。Objective To analysis the curative effect of the proximal clavicle comminuted and displaced fractures using clavicular acromial end LCP plate, for the clinical treatment of proximal comminuted fractures provide reference.Methods Review the clinical data of 7 patients in our hospital from Mar 2010 to Sep 2012, all using clavicular acromial end LCP plate to reverse fixing in the treatment of proximal clavicle comminuted fracture. Results All patients have been followed up within 6 to 15 months after operation, all among 7 patients, 5 patients were excellent, 2 patients were good, the excellent and good rate was 100%. The fracture healing in patients with good, no skin necrosis, no infection, no screw extrusion, no plate fracture, no fracture malunion or delayed healing, or other problems. Conclusion Using clavicular acromial end LCP plate to reverse fixing in the treatment of proximal clavicle comminuted fracture having good effect, less complications after surgery, is worthy of clinical application.
