摘　　要：大学文化建设作为新建本科院校内涵发展的一个重要方面,必须注重理论与实践的同步探索,既有科学合理的顶层设计,又有全面推进过程中的一系列正确应对,通过整体、现代意义上的大学文化变革,实现学校向一所合格本科院校的跃升。毕节学院作为全国教育系统创先争优活动的部长联系点,按照衰贵仁部长的要求,"以服务毕节为根脉",全面开展大学文化建设,形成了较为独特的大学文化风格,积淀了一批有校本特色的大学文化建设成果,其中蕴含着破解同级同类院校发展难题的一些有益思考。University culture construction as an important aspect of newly established university connotation development, the attention to the synchronization theory and practice must be paid, both in the scientific and reasonable top-level design and a series of corresponding measures in the process of promotion. The school will realize the leap to a qualified undergraduate university through the reform of university culture as a whole in the modern sense. Bijie University, a minister＇s contact point of activities to win excellence in national education system, according to Minister Yuan Guiren＇ s requirements, to serve Bijie as the root, has carried out various forms of university culture construction, formed unique style of university culture and accumulated a number of school-based university culture construction achievements, in which contains some useful thoughts that may solve the problems encountered in the development among the same level and similar universities.
