摘　　要：物业服务企业作为朝阳行业在其发展的道路上既有蓬勃发展的一面,同时也存在着许多问题,河南与深圳、北京等一线城市比起来更是如此,其中在企业内部突出的一个问题是执行力不足。这里从研究提升执行力出发,通过调查目前物业企业执行力的问题,提出构建适合河南物业企业发展的执行力体系,以促进物业服务行业健康发展。The realty service enterprise as a sunrise industry is full of vigor, but it is also faced with many practical problems. Compared with Beijing and Shenzhen, Henan is in more serious situations. In the inner part of the enterprise, a prominent problem is the lack of executive ability. According to this, the paper proposes the system of executive ability which is suitable for the development of realty service enterprises in Henan province, through the survey in practice.
