摘 要:线栓法复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型具有无需开颅、缺血时间可控、梗塞部位较明确等优点,被国内外学者广泛用于脑缺血再灌注损伤的研究。我们对常用的线栓法大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤模型进行了比较研究,本文介绍我们对复制该模型的要点及体会。The method of developing model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in the rats by suture-occlude method had the advantages of no need for craniotomy,controllable duration of ischemia,and more definitive infarct location.At present the method has been extensively used in China and abroad for studying ischemia-reperfusion injury.A comparative study on developing model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in the rats by suture-occlude method has been carried out in our laboratory.This paper presented the essentials and experience of developing model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by suture-occluded method in the rat.
