摘　　要：SPF鸡即无特定病原鸡,其来源清晰并对其携带微生物进行严格控制。我国SPF鸡通过品种选育、净化设施饲养、微生物监测,经过近50年的发展,SPF鸡不仅在生命科学研究等众多领域,而且在禽类等动物疫病预防与控制中发挥了无可替代的作用,尤其是禽类疫病研究、疫苗生产和评价、疫病监测和诊断试剂制备,以及禽病治疗用制品的生产等方面。SPF chicks means specific pathogens free chicks.The source of SPF chicks is definitely clear.SPF chicks are not able to be detected the primary avian pathogens.SPF chicks are produced by seed breeding,raising in clearing facilities and microorganism monitoring.With the development in the past 50 years,SPF chicks play a vital role in not only life science research,but also avian disease prevention and control,especially used in the avian disease research,vaccine production and assessment,diagnostic reagents preparation,as well as therapeutic goods production,et al.
