摘 要:以甜玉米种子为试验材料,研究了人工老化时间对种子活力及抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,不同甜玉米种子的发芽势、发芽率都逐渐降低,在种子老化6d后,种子发芽率降低了46%~50%;而种子发芽指数、活力指数变化趋势则因品种而异;在甜玉米种子成熟老化过程中,VE含量先升高再降低,甜玉米种子中的SOD、POD、CAT酶活性均逐渐升高,并且随着老化程度的加剧,不同甜玉米种子中的SOD、CAT酶活性差异不明显,而POD酶活性则和种子发芽率呈负相关。Seed vigor and anti - oxidation index of different nutrient elements were analyzed on super sweet com. The results showed that the germination potential was significant after artificial aging and the seed germination rate was reduced 46% - 50% after germination in sixth day ; the germination and vigor index were different in sweet corns. VE content of sweet corn in germination was increased at first and then reduced and the SOD ,POD, CAT activity were improved, while the SOD ,CAT activity were not significantly after germination and POD activi- ty was negatively correlated with germination.
