摘　　要：乡镇公务员的绩效管理在实际工作中会受到组织文化、制度基础等方面的影响。本文以皖北地区乡镇公务员群体作为研究对象,通过调查分析乡镇公务员绩效管理现状,探究其在运行过程中存在的问题以及影响其有效性的主要因素。The performance management of towns＇ pubilie servants can be affected by organizational culture, in- stitutional foundation and other factors in practical work. The paper chooses the group of towns＇ pubilic servants in North Anhui as research subjects, By means of investigating the current situation of performance management of towns＇ public servants,the paper explores the problems during its operation process and the main factors influen- cing its effectiveness.
