2400例妇女阴道分泌物检测的结果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析来我院参加妇女病普查的2400名妇女其阴道分泌物中病原微生物的分布,混合感染,以及罹患阴道病的情况.方法 由妇产科专业医生无菌采集受检妇女阴道后穹窿分泌物两份送检验科检查,一份加生理盐水直接涂片,低倍镜观察清洁度；高倍镜观察霉菌,滴虫.另一份作细菌性阴道病联合测定试剂盒（BV三项）检测,查有无细菌性阴道病.结果 在2 400例阴道分泌物标本中,清洁度Ⅰ°的有136例,清洁度Ⅱ°的有800例,清洁度Ⅲ°的有1 257例,清洁度Ⅳ°的有207例.其中共检出细菌性阴道病374例,占总标本数的15.6％；霉菌性阴道病199例,占总标本数的8.3％；滴虫性阴道病77例,占总标本数的3.2％；细菌性阴道病合并霉菌或滴虫感染者（混合型阴道病）108例,占总标本数的4.5％.结论 清洁度Ⅱ～Ⅲ°的标本所占的比例较高,且随年龄的不同,细菌、霉菌、滴虫以及混合感染的分布趋势也有所不同,不同程度地威胁着妇女的生殖健康.所以,每年对已婚妇女进行妇女病的筛查是非常必要的.Objective To analyze the distribution of pathogenic microorganisms in vaginaldischarge of 2400 women who participate gynecological diseases census in our ilospital, and the condition of mixed infection and suffering from vaginal disease. Methods Vaginaldischarge samples（two samples for each wowan）were collected from vaginal fornix by professional doctorsof obstetrics and gynecology ant sent to clinical laboratory for detcection. Cleanliness was observed under low power lens while the condition of mould and trichomonad were observed on smear. Bacterial vaginal disease were checked by bacterial vaginal disease combined determination kit. Results Cleanliness of 136 samples belonged to grade Ⅰ, 800 samples belonged to grade Ⅱ, 1257samples belonged to grade Ⅲ, 207samples belonged to grade Ⅳ. There were 374 （ 15.6% ）bacterial vaginal disease samples, 199 （8.3 % ） mould vaginal disease samples, 77 （3.2%）vagina trichomonad disease samples, 108 （4.5%） samples belonged to bacterial vaginal disease combined with mold or infusorians infections （mixed vaginal disease）. Conclusions Cleanliness of most samples belonged to Ⅱ° and Ⅲ°, the distribution of bacteria, mold, trichomoniasis and mixed infection were changed along with the age, all these diseases were threat to reproductive healthfor women in a certain extent. So, it is necessary to detect gynecological diseases for married womenevery year.
