摘　　要：建立全科医生制度,为基层培养大批"下得去、留得住、用得好"的合格全科医生,对于提高基层医疗卫生服务水平,缓解人民群众"看病难、看病贵"具有重要意义。文章回顾总结了安徽省全科医生培养的举措与成效,并就存在的问题提出了意见和建议。The establish of general practitioners system was to train a large number of qualified general practitioners with the characteristic of ＂Going down, Staying down and Using Well＂ ,It~ helpful for improving the level of primary health care, alleviate the condition that ＂Poor access and high fee＂ for people in Anhui. In this article we reviewed and summarized the strategies and the achievement of training general practitioners, suggestions and advises were given to solve the problems exist.
