护理干预对老年高血压患者的降压影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者的降压疗效。方法选择我科住院的65岁以上的老年高血压患者92例,分为对照组46例和干预组46例,对照组用常规的降压药降压;干预组在常规的降压药降压基础上予饮食指导、降压药用药、心理等方面进行护理。结果干预前,干预组平均血压(143.97±12.14)/(93.36±8.60)mm Hg,对照组平均血压(144.34±13.20)/(94.48±8.72)mm Hg;干预后,干预组平均血压(136.26±8.91)/(87.51±7.31)mm Hg,对照组平均血压(140.67±10.99)/(93.92±6.52)mmHg;干预后的干预组,平均血压降低幅度和对照组平均血压降低幅度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能平稳有效降低血压,减少老年高血压患者的并发症,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the antihypertensive effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with high blood pressure. Methods Selected 92 eases of hypertension patients whose ages were over 65 in hospital in our department and divide them into 46 eases in the control group and 46 eases in the intervention group. The patients in the control group took conventional antihypertensive drugs. Based on the conventional antihypertensive drugs, the patients in the intervention group got nursing on diet guidance, antihypertensive medication, mentality and so on. Results Before intervention, the average blood pressure of the intervention group were ： （ 143.97 ± 12.14） and （93.36 ± 8.60） mmHg, the average blood pressure of the control group were：（ 144.34± 13.20） and （94.48 ± 8.72） mmHg. After the intervention, the average blood pressure in the intervention group were ： （ 136.26 ± 8.91 ） and （ 87.51 ± 7.31 ） mmHg, the blood pressure of the control group were ： （ 140.67 ± 10.99 ） and （ 93.92 ± 6.52 ） mmHg. After the intervention, compared the average blood pressure reductions of the treatment group with those of the control groups and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively reduce blood pressure steadily in elderly hypertensive patients, reduce the complications and improve the quality of life.
