大学生就业指导中思想政治教育的功能及强化措施研究

摘　　要：大学生在就业过程中暴露出的思想状态低迷、自主意识不强,就业期望值高、功利思想严重以及诚信意识淡薄、职业道德缺乏等诸多问题,呼唤高校在大学生就业指导工作中更多的融入思想政治教育。针对当前此项工作存在的不足,高校应该从加强心理健康教育、提高就业心理素质,注重诚信意识教育、形成良好职业道德以及强化核心价值引领、增进社会责任认同等三个方面进行强化,这样不仅可以帮助大学生解决就业思想问题和就业实际困难,而且可以提高思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。The problems, such as the downturn of the state and the weakness of the self-awareness, high expectations and serious utilitarianism, as well as the lack of credit consciousness and work ethics that exposed during the process of undergraduate＇s employment, call the universities to integrate more ideological and political education into the work of employment guidance. In view of the current insufficiency, the universities should strengthen it from three aspects, the first was enhancing the psychological health education and improving the undergraduate＇s employment mental quality, and the second was laying emphasis on the honesty and credit education and fostering good professional ethics, then the third was guiding college students to establish correct values and lofty social responsibilities. It not only can help the undergraduates to solve the ideological problems and practical difficulties of employment, but also can improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education.
