摘  要:采用自制大学生就业压力调查问卷,简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ),社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD),对263名毕业班大学生进行问卷调查。得出就业压力感最突出问题表现在毕业生对学校就业指导的需求、社会资源支持和利用、学业水平、对未来职业的期待和过分担忧等方面;毕业生的就业压力感各维度及积极应对因子得分,参加训练组的得分均高于未参加训练组(P<0.05,P<0.001);社交回避、社交焦虑与个人心理体验压力均呈极显著正相关;回归分析显示消极应对对就业压力有深远影响(P<0.001)。因此,研究毕业生就业压力的不同问题,对就业能力提升训练工作的开展提供依据和见解。This paper investigated 263 college students of graduating class using self-designed employment pressure questionnaire, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ) and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SAD). The result of this investigation shows that the important problems to employment pressure included the demand of vocational guidance, social resources' support and utilization, the academic performance, the expectation and the worry of the future career. In the factors of graduate's employment pressure and scores of positive reply, the group be trained is better than the group not be trained(P〈0.05,P〈0.001); the social avoidance, social anxiety and the pressure of personal mental experience are positive correlated; negative reply is far-reaching influence to employment pressure in regression analysis. In a word, the research of different problems of the employment pressure among the college graduates provides the understanding of employment ability upgrading training.
