职业生涯理论综述及对职业生涯教育研究的启示

摘　　要：随着职业生涯理论的发展沿革,社会对人的职业生涯发展认识逐步深入,职业生涯理论逐渐走向成熟,建立了一系列动静结合的职业生涯理论模型,为个人和团队做出有关职业发展的正确选择提供支持。通过对职业生涯理论进行梳理,从理论演变的时间来看,分别介绍职业选择、职业发展、学习与决策、后现代主义四种理论。职业生涯理论指导职业生涯教育的开展,并对如何开展职业生涯教育研究有一定的启示。With the development and innovation of career theory, the career development has been understanding by the society step by step, and the career theory also gradually becomes mature and has established a series of a theoretical model with the combination of dynamics and statics, and has provided support for individuals and teams to make the right choices. By combing the career theory and considering the time of the theory of evolvement, the article introduces four theories related to career choice, career development, study ＆ strategies and postmodernism respectively. The career theory guides career education to be carried out and enlightens how to practice.
