摘 要:为就业导向专业设置研究,不但为高校提供人才培养路径,并且为大学生提供职业发展路径。基于大学生就业GUSEF模型来分析,高校专业设置应以大学生就业为导向,受"政府学校学生企业"影响,与"产业行业企业职业"匹配,从"取向方向导向"入手。构建分层分类AEIOU法,为专业设置提供调整机制,并为就业指导提供工作经验。以杭州电子科技大学会计学院2007-2012届毕业生为例,梳理产业行业需求、企业人才需求和职业岗位需求特征,为高校提供专业取向、专业方向、专业导向的调整机制;并且为在校大学生提供择业取向、择业方向和择业导向的就业经验。双管齐下,将推动实现更加充分更高质量就业。Study on employment-oriented major setup, not only provides the training path for the university, but also provides the occupation development path for the university students. Based on the GUSEF model to analyze the employment of university students, major setup in the university should be employment oriented, affected by the government-university-student-enterprise, matching with the industrial-enterprise-occupation, starting from the orientation-direction-guidance. Constructing the AEIOU method about hierarchical classification, provides the adjustment mechanism for major setup, and provide work experience for employment guidance. Taking 2007-2012 graduates of the School of Accountancy at Hangzhou Dianzi University as an example, Summing up the characteristic of talent demand on the industrial-enterprise-occupation, not only provides the adjustment mechanism with the major orientation-direction-guidance for the university, but also provides the experience of employment with the career orientation- direction-guidance for the university students. Work along both lines, will promote more fully and more high quality employment.
