摘  要:目的研究镇心省睡益智方(省睡方)的促醒和提高认知能力作用。方法采用改良多平台水环境法复制96 h快动眼睡眠剥夺(REMSD)大鼠模型,利用旷场实验和Morris水迷宫实验评价省睡方的促醒作用和提高认知能力作用,并考察省睡方对REMSD大鼠一般情况和体质量的影响。结果本实验成功复制了96 h大鼠REMSD模型,省睡方可提高REMSD大鼠水平和垂直得分;也可抑制REMSD导致的定位导航试验的潜伏期延长,并可明显增加穿越平台次数、平均速度、目的象限游泳路程和时间百分比。结论省睡方可提高REMSD大鼠兴奋性和探究活动,有促醒和提高REMSD大鼠认知功能的作用,其中最佳有效剂量为250 mg·kg-1。Objective To investigate the effect ofZhenxin xingshui yizhi (XSF) on wakefulness and cognition. Methods A modified multiple platform method (MMPM) was used to induce 96 h rapid eye movement sleep deprivation (REMSD). Open-flied test and Morris water maze test were used to assess effects of XSF treatment on wakefulness and cognition in REMSD rats. Then their weight and health status were observed to see if XSF could re- verse REMSD induced weight-decline. Results A 96 h REMSD rat model was successfully established. In comparison with control group, XSF treatment could significantly increase locomotor activity and rearing in the open-field test and shorten the latency in the place navigation test. In addition, XSF treatment significantly increased the number of times the platform was crossed, average speed, swimming distance of the target quadrant and the percentage of time. Conclusion XSF can increase the excitability and exploration behavior, enhance the effect of learning and memory in REMSD rats. The optimum dosage is 250 mg ·kg-1.
