摘 要:内外装整车主模型结构由其使用功能的特点决定,基本体现为各主体模块之间的组合构造。通过车身侧围、车顶、引擎盖、翼子板、前后保险杠、主地毯、左右车门、基座等结构特点分析对比,探讨如何在满足主模型使用功能的前提下,达到方便制造、测量以及用户操作的目的,同时还能降低制造难度和成本。结果表明,主体模块结构的合理规划提升了整车主模型的设计和制造能力。Main model structure of interior and exterior assembled vehicle cubing,basically appeared as composite construction between each main parts,was determined by characte ristics of its use function.With analysis and comparison of structure characteristics such as side body,roof,hood,fender,front and back bumpers,main floor carpet,right and left doors and brackets,how to achieve the purpose of convenient manufacturing,measurement and user operation as well as reduce the manufacturing difficulty and cost on the premise that the main model use function can be satisfied was discussed.The result shows that reasonable planning of main modules structure have improved the vehicle main model design and manufacturing capabilities.
