摘　　要：禹州市公安局新任领导班子在马克思主义哲学方法论的指导下,创新警务管理体系,用"整体作战法"引领公安工作,经过近三年的努力,彻底改变了禹州社会治安形势混乱、各项工作被动落后的局面,实现了由"乱"到"治"的全面转变。禹州公安工作成功实践了"整体作战法","整体作战法"推动了禹州公安工作的全面发展。Under the guidance of the methodology of Marxist philosophy,the new leadership of Yuzhou Public security bureau innovate Policing administration system,lead public security work by ＂the Whole Operation Method＂,the Social security of Yuzhou has changed from disorder to steady.The public security work of Yuzhou has practiced ＂the Whole Operation Method＂,and the method pushes forward the comprehensive development of the public security work of Yuzhou.
