摘　　要：现行人民检察院组织法,对于推进我国检察制度发展发挥了巨大作用,但随着我国法治的发展,诸多不适应发展需要的规定亟须修正。修改人民检察院组织法过程中,应当始终坚持党的领导,以宪法为根据,全面协调人民检察院组织法与相关诉讼法的规定,牢固树立人权保障理念,在立足国情的前提下,积极借鉴国外经验。The amend procedure law of the people＇s Procuratorate,should always adhere to the party＇s leadership,with the constitution as the basis,provides overall coordination of law of the people＇s Procuratorate and the related procedural law,firmly establish the concept of human rights protection,based on national conditions,and actively learn from foreign experience.
