摘 要:通过热能与水量衡算论证了磷铵料浆浓缩工序废热水用于蒸发液氨和用作萃取料浆过滤冲盘洗水的可行性,并付诸实施,结合液氨蒸发工艺简化了废热水循环流程。废热水的综合利用取得显著的经济效益和社会效益:节水46万m3/a、节电近49万kW·h/a、节汽近4.5万t/a,合计节标准煤约6 415 t/a;增加复肥产量约11 000 t/a,年增效益1 000多万元。Based on the calculation of heat energy and water quautity, the feasibility of that waste heat water from slurry concentration process is used for evaporation of liquid ammonia and washing water of extraction slurry filtration is analyzed, and the measures are carried out. Combined with the liquid ammonia evaporation process, the cycle process of waste heat water is simplified. The economic benefit and social benefit of comprehensive utilization of waste heat water is remarkable, saving 0.46 million m3 water, 0.49 million kW.h power, 45 kt gas and 6 415 t standard coal per year, increasing 11 kt compound fertilizer, and the benefits of more than 10 million RMB Yuan per year.
