外科术后重症监护病房综合征患者26例治疗效果

摘　　要：目的分析外科手术患者术后出现重症监护病房(ICU)综合征的临床特点,总结其治疗方案及其效果。方法选择2012年1月至2013年3月接受治疗的术后患者共426例,回顾性分析其中出现ICU综合征患者的临床资料,总结其治疗方案。结果 426例患者中26例(6.1%)术后出现ICU综合征,通过给予包括一般治疗、药物治疗、心理干预在内的综合治疗获得满意效果,无严重后果发生。结论高龄、长时间气管插管或ICU滞留的术后患者易出现ICU综合征,对其进行综合治疗可获得较为满意的效果。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of intensive care unit（ICU） syndrome in postoperative pa- tients and summarize the therapeutic schedule and efficacy. Methods A total of 426 postoperative patients received treatment after surgery from January 2012 to March 2013 were selected. Retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of ICU syn- drome to summarize its therapeutic schedule. Results Among the 426 patients,26 cases were with postoperative ICU syndrome accounting for 6.1% ,which gained favorable prognosis after comprehensive treatment including general treatment ,drug therapy and psychological intervention without serious adverse outcome. Conclusion ICU syndrome frequently appears on patients with advanced ages,long time endotracheal intubation or long stay in ICU, and acceptable prognosis can be obtained after comprehen- sive treatment.
