摘  要:目的:观察神经根型颈椎病大鼠不同时期气虚血瘀证候的变化。方法:选择3月龄雌性SPF级SD大鼠80只,随机分为正常1~4周组、气虚血瘀神经根型颈椎病模型1~4周组,共8组,每组10只。采用颈椎神经根压迫法制备神经根型颈椎病模型,气虚证候模型采用复合疲劳加饥饱失常法建立,肾上腺皮质激素和肾上腺素法建立血瘀模型。通过对大鼠游泳时间、血液流变学、PLA2炎症因子的测定及颈椎组织病理学变化观察模型大鼠证候变化规律。结果:在4周时间内随着模型建立时间的延长,大鼠表现出不同程度的游泳时间减少,血液流变学指标上升,PLA2数值升高,颈椎间盘组织形态变化加重。结论:不同时期的神经根型颈椎病大鼠的气虚血瘀证型候表现出一定的变化,为临床辨证施治及对该病的研究提供了实验依据。Objective: To observe the changes of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in nerve root type cervical spondylosis rats.Methods: 80 rats were randomly divided into normal groups from 1 to 4 weeks and model groups from 1 to 4 weeks,each group contained 10 rats. Cervical spondylosis models were made by compressing cervical nerve root,models with qi deficiency were induced by swimming and irregular diet,blood stasis models were made by intramuscular injecting adrenal cortex hormone and adrenaline. Recording rats' swimming time,observing the changes of hemorheology indexes,determining inflammatory factor PLA2 content in rats' cervical disc and observing the histopathological changes of cervical disc.Results: With the time of models establishment prolonged,the rats' swimming time got shorten,the hemorheology indexes raised,PLA2content in rats' cervical disc was increased,histopathological changes of cervical disc got serious.Conclusion: Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in nerve root type cervical spondylosis rats showed some changes at different stages,these provided experimental basis for the treatment according to differentiating syndrome about nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
