摘 要:用封闭流水式装置测定了红尾副鳅的耗氧率变化及窒息点。结果表明,红尾副鳅耗氧率随着体重的增加而减小,红尾副鳅其耗氧率昼夜变化差异显著(P<0.05)。在水温14.0℃时,平均体重4.0 g的红尾副鳅的平均耗氧率为0.1659 mg/(g·h),日平均耗氧率为0.1389 mg/(g·h),夜间其平均耗氧率为0.1930 mg/(g·h);平均体重为7.9 g的红尾副鳅的平均耗氧率为0.1175 mg/(g·h),日平均耗氧率为0.1099 mg/(g·h),夜间其平均耗氧率为0.1251 mg/(g·h);平均体重9.5 g的红尾副鳅平均耗氧率为0.0534 mg/(g·h),日平均耗氧率为0.0509 mg/(g·h),夜间平均耗氧率为0.0559mg/(g·h),窒息点为1.137 mg/L。本研究表明红尾副鳅为耗氧率和窒息点较高的鱼类。The oxygen consumption rate(OCR) and asphyxiation point of Paracobitis variegatus were measured in sealedfluid water.The results showed that the OCR of P.variegatus decreased with increasing of body weight.The oxygen consumption rate was significantly different with diurnal variation(P〈0.05).When the water temperature was 14.0℃,the OCR of P.variegatus weighted 4.0 g was 0.1659 mg /(g·h),and the average OCR in day-time(8 ∶ 30 - 18 ∶ 30) and night(20∶ 30-6∶ 30) were 0.1389 mg/(g·h) and 0.1930 mg/(g·h),respectively;the OCR of P.variegatus weighted 7.9 g was 0.1175 mg /(g·h),and the average OCR in day-time and night were 0.1099 mg /(g·h) and 0.1251 mg /(g·h),respectively;the OCR of P.variegatus weighted 9.5 g was 0.0534 mg /(g·h),and the average OCR in day-time and night were 0.0509 mg /(g·h) and 0.0559 mg /(g·h),respectively.The asphyxiation point was 1.137 mg / L for P.variegatus weighted 9.5 g.The current study shows that P.variegatus is a kind of species with high oxygen consumption rate and asphyxiation point.
