摘　　要：大型灾害应急医疗救援组织的关键是依据应急预案在最短时间内完成平战转换,而尚无详细的医院内部各部门、各科室在灾害医疗救援中的平战转换指南。本文在总结既往地震救援实践的基础上,结合四川芦山"4·20"地震医疗救援工作,探索应急预案平转战具体实施流程。The key of emergency medical rescue organization in major disasters is the transformation from peacetime to wartime according to the emergency preplan as soon as possible.There is no detailed guideline for the transformation from peacetime to wartime of hospital internal departments in disaster medical rescue.The article discussed the emergency organization process about transformation from peacetime to wartime in emergency preplan combining with the medical rescue experiences of lushan earthquake and previous earthquakes.
