芦山地震军队医院医学救援能力建设的探讨

摘　　要：通过归纳、总结本院在雅安芦山"4·20"强烈地震抗震救灾医疗救援过程中的做法和经验,对军队医院如何建设、提升快速反应与应急救援能力并应用于各类医疗救援和卫勤保障任务进行了分析和探讨。军队医院应努力实现"卫勤战备制度执行科学化、应急救援综合培训全员化、医疗分队战备状态经常化、战备物资装备保障规范化",从而更好地应对重大灾害等突发公共卫生事件,确保完成医疗救援等各项任务。Based on the experiences of Lushan earthquake medical rescue of their hospital,the authors made some discusses on the medical rescue capability construction,such as the rapid response and emergency rescue,which would be applied to the medical support for diversified military tasks.Military hospital had better done well the following work： implementing the readiness regulation for health service scientifically;training the whole medical personnel on emergency rescue skills;keeping sustain preparedness status of medical contingent;carrying out standardized materials and equipment support.So as to deal with the emergency public health events well,and complete all missions with high level.
