摘　　要：本文以"4·20"芦山地震应急医学救援现场调研数据为基础,对此次地震应急医学救援力量的抽组、伤病员现场救治以及伤病员医疗后送情况进行初步探讨,分析芦山地震医学救援经验与存在问题,为灾害医学救援能力提升提供依据。Based on the spot investigation,the article analyzed the grouping of the earthquake emergency medical relief forces,the first-aid and the evacuation of the wounded.The author also analyzed the experience and the problems within the rescue operation,so as to provide evidence for the development of the disaster medical rescue capability.
