住院医师规范化培训应用项目管理的探讨

摘　　要：针对住院医师规范化培训教学实践中的共性问题,引入以临床项目为核心的项目管理教学模式,在一定范围内给学员适当的诊疗自主权,结合项目实施过程进行培训考核。教学实践结果显示,该模式能够有效调动学员的学习积极性,促进临床技能与沟通能力的提高。For the common questions in practice,the author exploited the project managements（PM） system in standardized training of residents physicians.A PM based standardized training allowed the students to automatically practice clinical work in certain extent;the process and result of the clinical project were evaluated as main indicator.The results was approved that the method helped to motivate study,improve the clinical skill master,and build effective communication in residents physicians.
