军队医院落实《标准》提升卫生装备训练水平的做法

摘　　要：目的在紧贴实战的前提下,全面提升军队医院的内涵建设和核心竞争力,全面提升军队医院卫生装备训练水平。方法提出医院要落实《标准》,制定适合医院的方法,把卫生装备训练按《标准》要求、与平战卫勤保障相结合、与处理突发公共卫生事件相结合,实现训用一致、训战一致。结果检验了平时装备训练的效果,医院综合保障能力和应急救治能力得以不断提升。结论通过依法治训、灵活组训、科学施训,使军队医院综合保障能力和应急救治能力大幅提升。Objective In close to the actual combat premise,improving the connotation construction and core competency of military hospital,raising the training level of medical equipment in military hospital.Methods Fulfilling the ＂Criteria＂firmly,and formulating suitable method for the hospital.Combining the training requirement of ＂Criteria＂with peacetime and wartime medical support,and the disposal of public health emergencies,so as to realize the consistence of training and utilization,training and wartime demands.Results The measures examined the effectiveness of equipment training,and promote the capabilities of comprehensive support and emergency medical treatment of hospital.Conclusion Trough the suitable training,flexible training,scientific implementing,the comprehensive support capacity of military hospital has greatly increased.
