摘  要:目的:探讨新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的CT特征,提供影像学的诊断依据。方法:回顾性分析20例临床诊断明确的ARDS患儿的双肺CT表现,对其分级,并分析CT分级与疾病严重程度的相关性。结果:Ⅰ级4例,均为轻度;Ⅱ级7例,其中轻度4例,中度3例;Ⅲ级6例,其中中度4例,重度2例;Ⅳ级3例,均为重度。研究显示CT分级与ARDS严重程度分度具有相关性,分级增加,分度亦增加(P<0.01)。结论:肺部CT能及时地反映新生儿ARDS的危重程度,有助于疾病的早期诊断以及鉴别诊断,病情允许时可以选择。Objective:To study the characteristic of CT scan of neonates with Acute Respiratory Distress Syn drome(ARDS) and to provide the diagnostic basis. Method:20 cases of ARDS were retrospectively reviewed, and the CT characteristics were divided into Grade Ⅰ-Ⅳ according to the severity. The correlation between the CT classification and the disease severity were analyzed. Result:CT findings of 4 cases belonged to Grade I,and all of which were mild degree. 7 cases belonged to Grade Ⅱ ,4 of which were mild degree and 3 were moderate degree. 6 cases belonged to Grade Ⅲ ,4 of which were moderate degree and 2 were severe degree. 3 cases belonged to Grade IV, and all of which were severe degree. There was a positive correlation between the CT grades and the severity of ARDS(P〈0.01). Conclusion:Lung CT is well correlated with the severity of ARDS,it could be helpful to make an early diagnosis and differentiated diagnosis. We could choose it if the patient's condition was allowed.
