摘　　要：目的：探讨锁定接骨板治疗老年患者的手术方式和临床疗效。方法：对2011-01—2012-03收治的23例老年肱骨近端骨折患者（均为单侧）行锁定接骨板治疗，其中男8例，女15例，年龄57～72（平均63．2）岁。术后通过ASES评分和Constant评分评估患者肩关节功能恢复情况。结果：23例患者均获得随访，随访时间12～16（平均13．6）个月。最后一次随访ASES评分和Constant评分，患者的平均得分分别为78．9分和77．2分。结论：锁定接骨板是治疗老年患者肱骨近端骨折的理想手术方式。Objective：To evaluate the surgical technique and clinical outcomes of proximal humeral fractures in the elderly population. Method： 23 elderly patients （15 female, 8 male） ranging in age from 57 to 72 years （6g. 2 years on average） with one side proximal humeral fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with a locking plate from January 2011 to March 2012. Postoperatively,we assessed restoration of shoulder func-tion by ASES score （Rating Scale of the America Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons） and Constant score. Result： All of the patients had 12-16 months follow-up and the mean fellow-up is 13.6 month. The ASES score and Constant score were 78.9 and 77.2 on average respectively in the last follow-up. Conclusion：Open reduction and internal fix-ation （ORIF） using locked plating is an ideal surgical approach to treat proximal humeral fractures in the elderly population.
