摘  要:针对准双曲面齿轮实体造型的独特性,运用CATIA三维建模软件虚拟加工方法构建准双曲面齿轮几何模型。通过CATIA与ADAMS的无缝连接,实现了在ADAMS环境中准双曲面齿轮静态分析与动力学仿真,并对啮合过程中输入、输出轴转速及受力情况的变化规律进行了研究。通过分析仿真结果,得到与理论计算相吻合的数据,为后续传动系统的强度校核、优化设计等提供了依据。According to the uniqueness of the Hypoid Gear Solid Modeling, hypoid gear reference geometry model is constructed with the 3D modeling software CATIA by means of virtual machining method. Through the seamless connection between CATIA and ADAMS, the hypoid gear meshing static analysis and dynamic simulation in ADAMS environment are implemented, the input, output shaft speed and tangential force changes during the meshing process are researched. Through the analysis of the simulation results obtained, which agreed with the theoretical calculation data, a basis for the strength check and optimization design of transmission system is provided.
