摘 要:1996~2010年全国农业全要素生产率年均增长2%。农业科研投资和农业生产率序列之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,但短期内存在动态关系和误差修正机制;农业科研投资的变动是农业生产率变动的单向Granger原因;农业科研投资对农业生产率增长的作用显著,并产生稳定的正向拉动作用,而农业经济发展对农业科研投资的内在需求不足。为提高农业生产率,需采取加大政府资金对农业科研投资的力度,优化配置农业科研投资,建立财政资金对农业科研投资的长效机制,加强农业技术的推广普及工作等措施。From 1996 to 2010, the annual average growth of agricultural total factor productiv-ity in China reached 2%. Agricultural scientific research investment and agricultural productivity series have a long term stable equilibrium relationship, but in the short term, there are dynamic relationship and error correction mechanism between them. The change of agricultural scientific re-search investment is the one - way Granger cause of agricultural productivity change. Scientific re-search investment in agriculture has positive influence on agricultural productivity, but the internal demand of agricultural economic development in agricultural scientific research investment is insuf-ficient. In order to improve agricultural productivity, we should increase the support of government capital to agricultural scientific research investment, optimize the investment of agricultural scien-tific research, construct a long - term mechanism of financial capital on agricultural scientific re-search investment, and spread agricultural technology.
