摘　　要：在合成气净化装置中,甲醇洗涤塔是净化单元非常重要的一台设备,由于其压力高(中压3.8MPa),又是低温容器(-70℃),为了保证设备在生产过程中长周期运行,在设计、制造和安装过程中,须全程进行管理,本文主要论述甲醇洗涤塔的技术管理。Methanol washing tower is an important equipment to purify unit in the synthesis gas purification device, because of its high pressure （pressure 3.8MPa）, and cryogenic vessel （-70℃）. To ensure the equipment running long period in the production process, it should be managed in the design, manufacture and the installation process, this paper mainly discusses the technology management of methanol washing tower.
