大学生性别角色与职业决策困难的关系

摘　　要：为了解大学生性别角色与职业决策困难的关系,本研究采用中国大学生性别角色量表和大学生职业决策困难问卷(CDDQ),对586名普通高校本科生、专科生进行了随机调查,分析了大学生性别角色、职业决策困难情况及两者的关系。结果发现:性别角色与职业决策困难存在相关关系,男性特质与职业决策困难在多个因子上存在负相关,女性特质与职业决策困难在多个因子上存在正相关。586 college students were tested with Sex-Role Inventory and Career Decision-Making Difficulties Questionnaire to explore the relationship between sex role and career decision making difficulties of university students.The results showed that sex role were related to career decision making difficulties.Masculinity had negative correlation with career decision making and femininity had positive correlation with career decision making in many factors.
