摘　　要：厦门市属于绝对贫水区,再生水利用极其必要.目前厦门再生水推广利用,面临着市政设施不配套,缺少再生水管网系统,缺少整体规划与合理的水价体系等问题.建议制定法规,倡导以点面相结合的方式逐步健全再生水管网系统;推广应用LID技术措施,增强雨水资源利用;制定再生水利用整体规划,完善和实施分类分档的自来水价格体系,以促进再生水的有效推广与利用.Xiamen is in a water - scarce region and the reuse of reclaimed water is an absolute necessity. But the promotion and reuse of recycled water in this city runs into difficulty for poor public utility, no reclaimed water pipeline system, and no overall plans or justified water price system. In order to reuse reclaimed water with effects and quantity, laws and rules concerning it should be established, pilot projects launched towards a complete reclaimed water pipeline system, LID technology spread and utilized, rainwater use promoted, an overall reuse r^lan cl,~,~l,~,,,~n ~n _. ,
