西北少数民族传统体育发展现状与对策

摘　　要：运用文献资料、田野调查、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法分析西北少数民族传统体育项目的概况、民众参与原因、参加动机、开展时间和传承情况。认为发展西北少数民族传统体育,应重视理论研究,加强少数民族传统体育项目的挖掘、整理、推广;培养民众参与的意识,把体育项目融入到当地少数民族群众的日常文化生活和健身活动中;根植于学校体育教学,并加大少数民族传统体育场地、经费的投入;培育少数民族体育消费市场,促进少数民族体育科学化、产业化、社会化。This paper studied the coverage, reasons and motivations of public participation, history and heritance of traditional ethnic sports in northwest China through literature study, field surveys, questionnaires with public, and interviews with experts, and reached the conclusions that to develop the traditional ethnic sports in northwest China, we should do more researching, retrieving and promoting, cultivate the public awareness of participation, bring the sports into the local cultural and fitness events and into the academic physical education curriculum. We should also increase funding to develop better-equipped sport venues, and foster markets for sports consumption by the ethnic minorities. Scientific, industrialized and popularized sports are the keys to the development of traditional ethnic sports.
