涤棉织物低温冷堆前处理工艺实践

摘　　要：传统的涤棉织物前处理工艺存在工艺流程长、水电汽耗用量大、生产成本高等问题。对此,本文采用低温冷堆前处理工艺处理涤棉织物,实践证明处理效果能够满足染色布的要求,且综合生产成本大幅下降,经济效益和环境效益显著。The traditional polyester/cotton fabric pretreatment process has some obvious shortcomings,particularly that it consumes large amounts of water,power and steam leading to higher costs.In this paper,cold pad-batch pretreatment process was applied to polyester/cotton fabric.Practice has proved pretreatment effect could meet the requirements of dyeing,and the comprehensive cost fell sharply;cold pad-batch pretreatment process could provide remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
