摘  要:应纺织染整污染防治最佳可行技术指南(BAT)编制需要,基于纺织染整基本工艺流程,本文对行业废水、废气、固体废物的产生与排放节点进行分析,确定了纺织染整行业主要污染物种类及来源。根据分析结果运用层次分析法建立了由目标层、准则层和指标层组成的指标体系,指标体系包括管理指标、经济指标、环境指标和技术指标4个方面,由18项具体指标组成,并对每个指标的涵义和计算方法进行了说明。In order to meet the needs of guideline on best available technologies of pollution prevention and control for dyeing and finishing of textile industry,the generation and emission node of waste water,waste gas and solid waste were analyzed.The types and source of main pollutant were identified.According to the analysis results,the index system which was composed of target layer,criterion layer and index layer was established by using analytic hierarchy process.The index system included management indicators,economic indicators,environmental indicators and technical indicators,and consisted of 18 specific indicators.The meaning and calculating method of each index were also described.
