摘　　要：为保证用户体验的精细化运营,需要针对不同的环境、不同的用户、不同的需求等方面对切换参数进行特殊化的合理配置。分析了WCDMA网络发展带来的运营新需求,给出了各类需求对应的切换参数配置方案,并在现网中对配置方案加以印证。Handover parameters should be configured specifically and appropriately in terms of different cases, different users and various requirements, in order to guarantee the users ＇ experience. So this paper analyzes the new operational requirements based on the development of WCDMA network, and proposes configure schemes for handover parameters in various requirements, and demonstrates them in current networks.
