摘　　要：基站系统作为移动通信的主要设备,是节能减排的重要对象。主要探讨了基于自组织网络的基站自优化节能技术以降低OPEX,包括实现自优化节能的自组织网络架构、节能性能KPI参数处理和基站系统节能实施方案,使基站系统在不影响网络QoS的前提下,实现基于自组织网络的基站自优化节能控制。Base station system as the main equipment for mobile communication is an important object for energy saving and emission reduction. This paper mainly discusses the energy-saving technologies of self-optimization for base station based on self-organizing network to reduce the OPEX, including energy saving function network architecture, performance of KPI parameter processing, and energy saving solution for base station system, which makes the self- optimization control for based on self-organizing network realized without the effect for network QoS.
