摘 要:在600—750%范围内和0.5、0.7、0.8及0.9倍屈服荷载下,对45钢进行高温拉伸试验。结果表明,在恒温升载和不同试验温度下45钢的力学性能变化不大,随温度升高而下降的趋势基本一致;而恒载升温情况下,300℃之前应变变化比较平缓,300—500℃应变逐渐增大,550℃左右应变急剧增大至颈缩。High temperature tensile tests are performed for 45 steel at the temperature range of 600 -750 ℃ and under the yield load of 0. 5,0.7,0.8 and 0.9 times. The results show that the mechanical properties of 45 steel are changed little under the rising loadings at the constant temperature with different test temperatures, and the downward trend are basically the same with the temperature rising. In the case of rising temperature under the constant loading, the strain changes gently before 300 ℃, increases gradually between 300℃ and 500 ℃, and increases sharply to necking around 550 ℃.
