摘　　要：目的观察治咳川贝枇杷滴丸治疗感冒后咳嗽临床疗效。方法将门诊感冒后咳嗽患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予治咳川贝枇杷滴丸治疗,对照组给予复方甘草片治疗。结果治疗组总有效率90%;对照组总有效率81.1%,疗效优于对照组。结论治咳川贝枇杷滴丸能有效治疗感冒后咳嗽。Objective To observe clinical curative effect on Chuan Bei Zhi Ke Pi Pa Di Wan in treating cough after a cold. Methods The patients with cough, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, The treatment group was given Chuan Bei Zhi Ke Pi Pa Di Wan treatment, the control group was given compound liquorice tablets treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group 90% ; control group in the total efficiency of 81.1% ,better effect than the control group. Conclusion Chuan Bei Zhi Ke Pi Pa Di Wan is effective in treating cough after a cold.
