摘  要:急诊医学作为一门新兴的学科,目前在临床实习阶段教学的现状存在一些不足,北京石景山医院急诊科根据急诊工作的特殊性质,利用多媒体教学,模拟疾病诊疗、抢救场景补充急诊实习的不足,摸索适合急诊医学实习特色的带教方法,注重培养医学生的临床思维能力,加强急救技术培训等,从而提高急诊医学实习阶段的教学质量。Emergency medicine is an emerging discipline, there exist some shortcomings in present stage of clinical practice teaching. According to the character of emergency medicine, the department of emergency in Beijing shijingshan medical hospital using multimedia technology teaching, simulating disease treatment and rescue sceneas as supplement of emergency practice teaching. They try to fumble for teaching method with emergency medical practice characteristics, pay attention to the cultivation of medical students' clinical thinking ability, strengthen emergency technical training, so as to improve the teaching quality ofemergeney medical practice.
