摘　　要：实践性教学是应用型人才培养的重要环节,对于提高学员业务素质和任职能力具有重要作用。任职教育要加大实践性教学力度,构建军事特色鲜明的实践性教学体系,突出任职能力培养;着眼部队岗位需求,创新实践性教学模式,使学员在实践性教学中得到全面锻炼,提高人才培养质量。Practical teaching is the important link of practical talents training. It has the important role of improving the cadets＇ vocational quality and professional ability. Practical teaching should be enhanced in the vocational education. The practical teaching system of military should be established to improve the cadets＇ professional ability. The practical teaching methods should be created in order to train cadets＇ professional ability and promote talents quality.
