摘 要:以氯化铁和硫酸铝为原料,采用铝铁混合溶液加碱聚合这种新工艺,合成出一种新的无机高分子混凝剂——羟基聚合铝铁(HPAFC)。考察了HPAFC对乳化油废水的混凝性能,具体影响因素有投加量,pH值,温度,水力条件等。单因素实验结果证明,各因素的最佳取值分别为:投加量为70 mL/L,pH值为7,混合转速为150 r/min,混合时间为1 min,反应转速为40 r/min,反应时间为15 min。在单因素研究的基础上,进行四因素三水平的正交实验,结果表明HPAFC混凝剂性能的最佳组合条件为:投加量为70 mL/L,混合转速为120 r/min,反应转速为20 r/min,反应时间为5 min。各因素的影响顺序为:混合转速>投加量>反应转速>反应时间。A new process of preparing hydroxyl polymeric aluminum-ferric chloride (HPAFC) coagulant was designed by adding base to a AI( Ⅲ ) -Fe(Ⅲ ) mixed solution and using iron chloride and aluminum sulfate as raw materials. The flocculating property of HPAFC for the emulsified oil was investigated, and the concrete influencing factors were the agent amount, pH, temperature and the condition of hydraulic power etc. The results of single factor experiments showed the best condition for each factor: the dose of HPAFC was 70mL/L, the pH was 7, the admixture turn was 150 r/min, the mixing time was 1 minute, the reacting rotational speed was 40 r/min and the reacting time was 15 min. On the foundation of single factor research, the L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal experiment was carried out. The results showed the best condition which was that the optimum dose of HPAFC was 7Oral/L, the admixture turn was 120 r/min, the reacting rotational speed was 20 r/min and the reacting time was 5 min. The influencing order was respectively the admixture turn, agent amount, the reacting rotational speed and the reacting time.
