摘　　要：介绍了基于SWOT和层次分析法的荆州市物流发展分析方法。首先从荆州市物流的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁4个方面分析;然后建立荆州市物流发展的评价指标体系;再利用层次分析法计算出指标权重。该方法将定量与定性分析相结合,为荆州市区域物流发展提供了参考。Based on the SWOT analysis method and analytic hierarchy process （AHP） of Jingzhou logistics development is proposed. Firstly, the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of Jingzhou logistics are drawn. Then establishes the evaluation indices system of Jingzhou regional logistics development, and the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） was utilized to calculate weight of indicators. Based on this analysis, the results are combined quantitative with qualitative, provide references to regional logistics development of Jingzhou.
