摘  要:目的观察多孔钽金属髋臼假体进行初次全髋关节置换的临床效果。方法自2006年9月—2010年3月我科对53例(59髋)采用多孔钽金属髋臼假体进行初次全髋关节置换术,应用临床功能及患者满意度评价、影像学评估来评价疗效。结果 42例获得随访,平均随访(33.0±7.4)个月,与术前比较,术后髋关节活动范围及临床功能评价均显著提高(P<0.05)。影像学检查无明显假体移位、假体周围骨溶解情况的发生,其中34例(80.1%)在假体骨界面发现有明显的骨长入。结论多孔钽金属髋臼假体是初次全髋关节置换的理想假体,能有效改善功能,假体骨长入明显,对年轻患者或老年骨质疏松患者尤其适合。[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of primary total hip arthroplasty by using porous tantalum metal acetabular prosthesis. Methods Curative effects of 53 patients (59 hips), who underwent primary total hip arthroplasty with porous tantalum metal acetabular prosthesis, during September 2006 and March 2010 in our department were evaluated by clinical function, satisfaction questionnaire and radiographic assessment. Results A total of 42 patients were followed up with an average time of (33.0 ± 7.4) months. The range of motion of hip joint and clinical function after operation were significantly improved compared with those before operation (P 〈 0. 05). Radiographic examinations showed there were no significant prosthesis malposition and periprosthetic osteolysis and 34 patients (80.1%) was found obvious bone ingrowth. Conclusion Porous tantalum metal acetabular prosthesis may effectively improve function and bone ingrowth of prosthesis, so it is ideal for primary total hip arthroplasty, especially for younger or elderly patients with osteoporosis.
