摘　　要：目的探讨共同决策在关节镜下交叉韧带重建术患者中的应用效果。方法将71例关节镜下行交叉韧带重建术应用共同决策理念,在患者手术前进行疼痛知识宣教,功能锻炼指导,床上大小便练习;术后进行支具护理、饮食护理、切口护理、康复护理以及出院护理中开展应用,增强患者对专科疾病护理的理解、掌握及配合。结果患者对知识的了解、满意度均有提高,术后均未发生再次断裂,未发生粘连、感染。结论共同决策护理对关节镜治疗韧带损伤患者发挥积极作用。Objective To discuss the effect of shared decision-making in nursing care for patients with cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroseopes. Methods Shared decision-making was provided in 71 patients with cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopes for pain learning, function exercise guidance, and defecation practice on the bed before the operation; orthosis maintain, nursing care of diet, incision and rehabilitation nursing after operation, and nursing care after discharge. Patients＇knowledge understanding, grasp and cooperation of special disease care were enhanced by this way. Results Patients＇knowledge of understanding and satisfaction were increased, and there were no fracture again, adhesion and infection after operation. Conclusion Shared decision-making can be beneficial to nursing care of patients with ligament damage by arthroscopic treatment.
