摘　　要：介绍了武钢HFW660焊管机组生产Q345C级Φ660mm×22mm高频焊管的工艺过程,从成型、焊接、热处理方面对大壁厚焊管的工艺进行了研究。生产的22mm焊管经检验结果表明,其力学性能、金相组织等均满足了要求,标志着我国生产22mm厚度高频焊管的成功。This paper describes the technological process of producing of Q345C Φ660mm × 22mm HFW pipe. The process of huge thickness HFW pipe in forming, welding and heat treatment is studied. The test results show that its mechanical properties and metallographie structure meet the requirements, which marks the success of producing HFW pipe of a thickness of 22mm in China.
